Diclofenac Sodium is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain, swelling, and joint stiffness.
Diclofenac Sodium Injection for veterinary use is for the treatment of various bacterial infections in sheep, swine, cattle, goats, and calves. It is also used for hemorrhagic enteritis, diarrhea, typhoid fever, yellow scour of newborn pigs, swine acute septicaemia, and chronic respiratory disease.
Intramuscular injection.
Generally, 2.5 mg per 1 kg bodyweight and continuous used 1 - 3 days.
Not to be used in animals with impaired liver function and kidney function.
Not to be used in animals with gastric ulcer.
Nausea, vomiting, epigastric discomfort, skin rash, peptic ulcer, fluid retention,
oedema, and impairment of hepatic function.
Meat: 28 days
Milk: 7 days
