Indications
Diminazene is indicated for prophylactics and treatment of babesia, piroplasmosis and trypanosomiasis.
Antipyrine is an analgesic and anesthetic combination.
It works by relieving pressure and reducing inflammation, congestion, pain, and discomfort. Vitamin B12 help the animal to recover and fight against anaemia.
administration and dosage:
3.5 mg Diminazene diaceturate per kg bodyweight by deep intramuscular route in a single injection. Inject the reconstituted solution at the rate of 5 ml into 100 kg bodyweight.
In the case of Trypanosoma brucei infection, it is recommended to double the dose.
Dissolve the contents of a 2.36 g sachet of Diminazene in 12.5 ml of sterile water to reconstitute 15 ml of solution for injection.

Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to the active substance.

Administration of therapeutic dosages of penicillin G procaine can result in abortion in sows.
Ototoxicity, neurotoxicity or nephrotoxicity.

Meat: 28 days Milk: 7 days.

The ready solution can be stored 24 hours, protected from light and in a closed sterile glass bottle.
