Estradiol Benzoate Injection 0.2%
Indications
Supply estrogen for female livestocks, stimulate oestrus and ovulation, increase efficiency of oosperm, and the number of embryo. Enhances the precision of the onset of oestrus and ensures a high fertility oocyte at ovulation.
For prevention and treatment of many postpartum diseases such as hysteritis, uterus pyogenesis and colpitis. Stimulate secretion of latex.
administration and dosage
For intramuscular injection.
Cattle: 5-20 mg (2.5-10 ml) per time.
Horses: 10-20 mg (5-10 ml) per time.
Sheep & goats: 1-3 mg (0.5-1.5 ml) per time.
Dogs: 0.2-0.5 mg (0.1-0.25 ml) per time.
adverse reaction
In dogs, cats and other small animals, can cause blood cachexia, see more at young animal or large dose application. At the beginning of platelet and leukocyte count, but gradually platelet and white blood cells are decreased. Serious when can cause aplastic anemia. It can cause cys chyperplasia of endometrium and uterine empyema.
Withdrawal Period
Slaughter: 28 days. Milk: 72 hours.
