The main component of Dolamectin injection is dolamectin, which is colorless or yellowish clear oil liquid.
1.Dolamectin is a broad-spectrum antiparasitic drug produced by the fermentation of genetically reprogrammed Streptomyces aviticus. It has good repelling effect on endo-ectoparasites, especially some nematodes (round worms) and arthropods, but it has no effect on tapeworms, flukes and protozoa. Its mechanism of action is mainly to increase the release of the inhibitory transmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the worm, thus blocking the transmission of nerve signals, so that muscle cells lose the ability to contract, resulting in the death of the worm. The mammalian peripheral neurotransmitter is acetylcholine and is not affected by dolamectin. Dolamectin is not easy to penetrate the blood-brain barrier, has minimal damage to the central nervous system, and is relatively safe for livestock.
It is a macrolide antiparasitic drug used to treat ectoparasitic diseases such as nematodiasis, blood lice and acariasis in livestock.
2.Precautions for doramectin injection Safety of use
