Indications

It is indicated in respiratory tract infections, gastrointestinal tract infection and genital tract infections like CRD, pneumonia, bronchitis, pleuritis, pasteurellosis, enteritis, gastroenteritis, salmonellosis, metritis and mastitis etc. in cattle, goats, sheep and poultry.

Contraindications

Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

Do not use in animals with impaired renal function.

Do not use in dehydrated animals due to the risk of acute renal failure.

Do not use in animals with disturbances of the vestibular or auditory systems.

Do not use concomitantly with bacteriostatic antibiotics, penicillins, cephalosporins, quinolones and cycloserine.

Do not administer concurrently with diuretics and potentially nephrotoxic medicinal products.

Do not exceed the proposed dosing regimen.

Side Effects

After intramuscular administration local reactions can occur, which disappear in a few days.

Diarrhoea, epigastric pain and skin sensitization can occur.

May occur vestibular disorder, internal ear disorder, renal disorders when administered for a treatment period exceeding the recommendations.

Renal disorders may result in proteinuria associated with elevated blood urea nitrogen.

Administration and Dosage

For intramuscular administration:

Cattle: 1 ml per 25-30 kg body weight.

Goats, sheep: 1 ml per 20 kg body weight.

Poultry: 1 ml per 15 kg body weight.

Administer once a day for 3-4 days.

Withdrawal Period

For meat: 7 days.

For milk: 3 days.

Shelf-life

36 months.

Store below 30. Protect from light.
